As a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor, I have worked with individuals, families and couples from ages 6 years to elderly since 1993.
Using an integrated model in therapeutic approach, my practice is attachment based, trauma informed and internal family systems. Areas of expertise include trauma, health care issues, loss, grief, bereavement, workplace issues, stress, spirituality, personal growth, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, life stages, transitions, self-harm, workplace, family and relationship issues, and personal empowerment, finding your voice in your way that feels aligned for you.
My credentials include a Baccalaureate of Arts at the University of Western Ontario, Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies, Health Care Services and a Diploma in Spiritual Care at St. Paul
University /the University of Ottawa, continued studies in Gerontology at Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, Personality Inventories at St. Stephen’s in Alberta, Marriage and Family at Family Service London, Clinical Counselling Certification in Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and Anxiety Trance work at Day Break Therapy & Training Toronto, EMDR training in New Bern,
North Carolina, Clinical Supervision and Training for Supervising Psychotherapists.
