Ashleigh Evans Rosehart
RSW, SEP
Ashleigh specializes in the areas of anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, hoarding and chronic disorganization, and life transitions, and has over five years experience working in the area of Violence Against Women (VAW). In order to support clients, Ashleigh uses an eclectic approach that integrates Somatic Experiencing (SE), Attachment-based therapy, Feminist therapy, and Person-centered therapy.
This is a space where individuals learn to experience and repair the relationship with their bodies and intuition through somatic exploration and movement, courage and vulnerability are celebrated, human experiences are validated and normalized through supportive psychoeducation, and no emotion is off limits.
”Courage starts with showing up and
letting ourselves be seen.”
