Meet Ashleigh Evans Rosehart

Ashleigh is a trauma-informed therapist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and life transitions. With over five years of experience in the Violence Against Women (VAW) sector and extensive training in somatic and relational approaches, she brings both clinical insight and compassionate presence to her work.

Her practice integrates a feminist, attachment-based, and person-centered framework, grounded in the understanding that healing happens in safe, embodied connection. Ashleigh incorporates Somatic Experiencing (SE) and trauma-informed movement practices to help clients reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and nervous systems.

She specializes in working with:

• Anxiety, panic, and emotional overwhelm
• Depression and shame-based cycles
• Addiction recovery and relapse prevention
• Hoarding and chronic disorganization
• Post-traumatic growth and resilience
• Survivors of gender-based violence and oppression
• Life transitions, identity exploration, and grief

Ashleigh creates a therapeutic space where all emotions are welcome, human experiences are validated, and vulnerability is treated as strength. Her sessions invite deep listening, somatic exploration, and psychoeducation to support healing from the inside out.

Clients working with Ashleigh often describe feeling more grounded, self-aware, and empowered to make aligned choices in their lives. She guides each person with respect, warmth, and curiosity, always centering their lived experience and inner wisdom.

Ashleigh’s work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but about restoring connection to self and embracing the full complexity of being human.
