Meet Chantal Watier

Chantal Waiter is a trauma-informed practitioner who blends somatic healing, energy work, and integrative psychotherapy to support individuals in reclaiming their vitality and inner alignment. She has been in professional practice since 2011, working across the fields of trauma, addictions, and mental health with a deep sensitivity to the impact these experiences have on the body, nervous system, and relational patterns.

Chantal is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and holds a Diploma in Addiction and Community Service Work. Her practice draws from a wide range of holistic modalities, including:

• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Attachment Theory
• Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT / Tapping)
• Reiki, Energy Healing, and Sound Therapy
• Intuitive and spiritual guidance

Chantal’s approach is collaborative and intuitive, rooted in the belief that each individual carries innate healing wisdom within. Her sessions are grounded in restoring cohesive flow between mind, body, and spirit, integrating belief systems, nervous system patterns, and emotional desires into a more aligned and empowered whole.

She works with clients of all ages in both English and French, offering support for:
