Meet Meaghan MacLeod

Meaghan has over 15 years of experience working in the field of mental health and trauma, supporting individuals through meaningful and transformative healing work. She is a Somatic Experiencing–informed trauma therapist and mental wellness practitioner, with certification in Equine Assisted Learning (EAL). Meaghan draws on her extensive training and clinical experience to support individual healing, guiding clients toward deeper learning, embodied awareness, and authentic connection. Her work is grounded in supporting the discovery, nurturing, and integration of personal potential, with the intention of assisting clients in moving toward their true and highest purpose. Her therapeutic approach is guided by the core values of Connection, Empowerment, Integration, and Elevation.

Meaghan offers a range of therapeutic services designed to support youth, adults, couples, and those from Indigenous communities. Her practice includes individual counselling for youth and adults, available both online and in person at the ranch location. She also provides Equine Assisted Therapy with horses, as well as Somatic Experiencing sessions offered in both online and inperson formats. For couples seeking a more embodied and experiential approach, Meaghan facilitates Equine Assisted Learning (EAL)–based couples counselling at the ranch. With over ten years of experience supporting Indigenous clients both on and off reserve, she brings cultural awareness, respect, and sensitivity to all aspects of her work.
