RP(Q)

I believe in the transformative power of human connection and resilience of the human spirit. I believe that every person has the capacity to harness their inner strength for personal growth, healing, and self-discovery, regardless of their past experiences or current challenges. I am here to walk alongside individuals and offer that unwavering support throughout this journey towards healing and growth. As a therapist, I am committed to creating a safe and empathetic environment where you can feel heard, validated, and understood. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or seeking clarity during a life transition, I am here to support you.

I have a background in working with youth, refugees, and immigrants, which has cultivated my passion for advocacy for human development and social justice. This has influenced me to operate from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive lens.

My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for one’s unique experiences and individuality. Through creating harmony between the physical, socio-cultural, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual self, I take a holistic approach to therapy to build a mind-body connection. I draw upon various evidence-based modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, and Somatic-informed therapies.
